Terms of ServiceGeneral<sub>1. I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
2. You need to be atleast 18 to commission me and have the means to pay the negotiated price.
3. You will only receive digital files of your commission.
4. Do not use my works for NFT/AI or similar.</sub>Payment<sub>1. I usually accept payment through PayPal or Ko-Fi, so I may refuse other payment methods.
2. The standard currency I charge in is € (Euro).
3. In the event of a refund or chargeback, you will lose all ownership/rights over the commissioned work.
4. Refunds are only partially possible, while the commission is already in progress and will be based on the progress finished.</sub>

Usage<sub>1. You are allowed to use your personal commissions for social media, wallpapers or live-streaming (emotes and on screen), but no other means of profit.
2. Commercial Rights can be added onto the commission, for an extra fee, to allow printing and merchandising.
3. Please credit me properly when posting your commission online.
4. I retain ownership of the artwork, unless discussed otherwise. Do not claim credit over the artwork in either case.</sub>Progress<sub>1. You are allowed and encouraged to ask for updates.
2. Please alert me of big changes as early as possible. Unless it was my mistake, late revisions may require additional charges.
3. My usual turnaround time is 1-3 months, depending on the complexity of the work.</sub>
